You host our guestbook and Polaroid cameras - you let every guest get creative. During the reception from 15:00
You prepare and host the 2nd hand store, where guests bring and find wardrobe items - festival style.
Beginning of reception from 15:00.
Prepare the beach for the wedding ceremony. Install a shade structure, bring beach chairs and move some logs. 13:00 - 14:00
Make sure that flowers and presents are packed up so that we can find them next day. 23:30 - 00:30
Take down all decoration, get everything out and sweep the place.

Set up a coffee station, brew coffee. Set up cake station.
Set up a self-service bar. Restock ice and drinks.
Before and during the reception.
At times, do a round and bring dishes from the tables to the dish pit.
Mainly 15:00 - 16:00 and 18:00 - 20:00
Before reception: Use dishwasher to rinse mason jars before first use. Probably once during the event: Rinse more glassware. At the end rinse jars.
After dinner: Rinse cutlery, pack it away. Scrape plates, pack them away.
Welcome guests and receive requests for any speeches or interactions. Communicate with DJ. 15:00 - 20:00
During the event: Have an eye out for anyone struggling. After event: See that people are good to get home.
Before the event: Familiarize with venue and its technology. Tapedown lose cables. During the event: Help with tech if needed.
Take photos. Share them.
Be available to jump in and help wherever needed.
